Rava / Sooji

Pottu Kadalai / roasted gram dhal

MK Rose Milk Powder

MK Kesar Badam Powder

Directions
Dry roast rava and powder it. Powder pottukadalai (roasted gram) and add to the rava powder. Add @mylaporektichens Rose milk powder and Kesar Badam Powder. Ratio - 4 Rava: 2 Pottu kadali: 1 Rose milk powder: 1 kesar badam Powder
Add powdered sugar according to taste. Add powdered cardamom. Fry cashew and raisins in ghee and add to the mix.
Add melted ghee ladle by ladle and make Laddoos
