A quick, healthy and no oil salad
Ingredients
- Chopped onions
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped carrots
- Chopped cucumber

Orange pieces - optional - does add a nice zing !
- Chopped raw mango

Pomegranate
-
Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Chopped fresh coriander
Directions
Chop all items into the same size. You can chop finely or chop into big sized chunks.
Add salt, add pure black pepper powder and lemon juice to taste.
Mix it all very well. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
Serve chilled for best taste. If serving later, add salt and lemon juice just before serving.

You can add more fruits if you like, like kiwis, pineapples etc. you can also add bell peppers. You can avoid onions. It’s all upto you. You can also mix in some nuts from extra crunch. Don’t add salt and lemon juice too early, the salad will become soggy.
