Quick and easy sundal for snack. A healthy, low fat, high protein snack for any age group. Can make this without onion too for a satvik diet.
Ingredients

Channa

Sundal / Chundal powder

Chilli Powder
-
Curry Powder
-
Salt
-
Onions
-
Tomato
-
Green Chillies
-
Lemon Juice
-
Coriander leaves
-
Peanut oil or coconut oil
Directions
Soak channa over night.
Pressure to 3-4 whistles until cooked. Or as many whistles as needed.
Heat Kadai. Add wood pressed peanut oil. Add mustard seeds, jeera, hing & curry leaves. Sauté chopped onions & green chillies.
Add cooked Channa.
Add @mylaporekitchens Red chilli powder, chundal powder, curry powder and salt.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and a dash of lemon juice.
You can also make a satvik version without the onions and tomatoes, use the same spice powders.
Recipe Note
Add some chaat masala to this recipe to give a different flavour profile ! Top it with some sev for a crunch !
