This is my friend Priya's easy fudge recipe.
Ingredients

Milk powder 1 cup - tightly packed
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup

Melted Butter 1/4 cup

Water 1/3 cup
Directions
Sift the milk powder and cocoa together. Make sugar syrup and switch off when it is a little thicker than one string consistency. Put off flame.
Add melted butter ,give a good stir and add the milk cocoa powder. Mix well and transfer to cool. Cut as soon as it cools.
- I didn’t get the shape perfect. I also wanted to add toasted almonds on top. But this set so quickly, I couldn’t add those.
This cools quick, so do your garnishing quickly before it sets !
