Ingredients - Gongura leaves, garlic, red chillies, tamarind, salt, sesame oil, coriander seeds, asafoetida, fenugreek. To use with hot rice, ghee or sesame oil. Can also prepare Gongura rice with this mix.
How to store - Open and transfer to an airtight, dry glass jar and store in fridge as soon as you receive.
