Bajji / Bonda mix - 250 gms (homemade)

Bajji bonda mix, without any preservatives, artificial colours or soda bi carb. 

How to use - Mix enough to water to make a thick batter (slightly thicker than dosa batter) and dip your veggie and deep fry. 

Tip - add a couple of spoons of hot oil or a spoon of ghee to this batter before frying to get a crisp covering. 

Ingredients - home made besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, hing, turmeric powder.
